Privacy statement

Last updated 6 July 2026

Mīharo Tiro is the client delivery portal of LivewireSolutions (NZ). This statement explains what personal information we collect through the portal, why we collect it, and how we look after it. We handle personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

What we use it for

One purpose only: delivering your project. Your answers and files inform the work we scope, propose and build for you. When you submit a questionnaire, a summary is emailed to us so we can act on it promptly. We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it for anything unrelated to your project.

Where it lives

Your information is stored on our servers in New Zealand, protected from public access. Encrypted copies are kept in our offsite backups so your project can survive a hardware failure. Notification emails are delivered through Brevo, our email service provider, which processes the message content needed to send them.

Cookies

The portal sets one session cookie so you stay signed in while you use it. There is no advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking.

How long we keep it

We keep project information while your project and our working relationship are active. Records relevant to contracts and invoicing are kept for seven years to meet tax and record-keeping obligations, then disposed of.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Email bryan@livewiresolutions.com and we will respond within 20 working days. If you are ever unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
